Lubemax  ultracut  is  a  general  purpose soluble  oil  containing  a  high  level  of emulsifiers  for  superior performance.  It readily  emulsifies  and  forms  very stable emulsions  even  with relatively hard water and high dilution ratios. LubeMax  ultracut  is suited for light machining and is especially recommended  for grinding operations where very clean emulsions are  typically  required to permit rapid settling of fines.

Recommended Concentrations Of LubeMax Ultracut Soluble Oil

The  concentration  varies  depending  on  the type  of  machining  operation,  the  water hardness,  and  the required  corrosion protection.  Lubemax  ultracut  is typically emulsified at 20:1 to 40:1 water/oil ratios for drilling, planning, milling, sawing, and turning applications. 

Storage -The product should be stored inside (41-104°F). Freezing should be avoided.
