Description
LubeMax Heat Transfer Oil
Tikweld Welding Supplies and Services is the distributor and supplier of LubeMax Lubricants in Nigeria. LubeMax Heat Transfer Oils are premium mineral oils designed for optimal performance in liquid-phase heat transfer systems. Whether you need a straight or inhibited oil, LubeMax has the right product for your needs.
LubeMax Heat Transfer Oils offer the following benefits:
- Long service life: LubeMax Heat Transfer Oils resist oxidation and sludge formation, preventing corrosion and deposit buildup on heat exchanger surfaces. They also have low volatility, which reduces the risk of cracking and decomposition.
- High efficiency: LubeMax Heat Transfer Oils have low viscosity and high thermal conductivity, which enable fast and even heat transfer over a wide temperature range. They also have low pumpability requirements, which save energy and maintenance costs.
- Versatility: LubeMax Heat Transfer Oils are suitable for both open and closed systems, as long as they operate under mild conditions. They are not recommended for vapor-phase systems.
Application Of LubeMax Heat Transfer Oil
LubeMax Heat Transfer Oil is recommended for use inclosed liquid-phase heat transfer systems equipped with a cold-oil seal pot on the expansion tank vent, or operating with low-pressure nitrogen blanketing off the oil so there is no possibility of air contacting the oil during operation. For best performance, the maximum bulk oil temperature should not exceed 550°F (288°C).
