Description

Cryogenic Offshore Tank for Liquid Nitrogen 8,000 Liters

Tikweld Welding Supplies and Services is the major supplier of Hellog Products in Nigeria. This Cryogenic Offshore Tank for Liquid Nitrogen 8,000 Liters is specifically designed with the operator and applications in mind to make ease, efficiency, and reliability of operation. We are one of the leading providers of integrated mobile and portable nitrogen generation equipment for the oil & gas industry. We offer both on-site gaseous and liquid nitrogen production solutions in diesel or electric drive options.

Our Nitrogen solution can be used for drilling operation where the pressure in the wellbore and bottomhole is less than the formation, allowing for production during drilling as well as protection of the formation. Nitrogen is commonly used because of combustion issues, and to far lesser extent, corrosion issues. It can also be used for pipeline purging and drying, since dry nitrogen is used to displace hydrocarbons in a pipeline or push a "pig" down a pipeline during cleaning operations. Nitrogen is also used to dry chemical pipelines to very low dew points, or for general inerting during plant turnarounds.

We offer quality Cryogenic Tank for the safe handling, transportation and storage of liquid nitrogen, primarily for wells, pipeline, and processing equipment operations. Our Cryogenic Offshore Tank for Liquid Nitrogen 8,000 Liters have a hold time of 25 days and have also been designed with Dual try-cock valves for ease of use and lower roof plates meaning that the tanks can be stacked with their slings/shackles in position.
