Tikweld Welding Supplies and Services is the distributor of LIQUI MOLY Hydraulic System Additive in Nigeria. LIQUI MOLY Hydraulic System Additive contains substances which protects and maintains sealing materials such as O-rings in hydraulic systems. Reduces the friction and prevents the stick slip effect. Lowers the oil temperature, slows down oil aging and provides optimal protection of components of the hydraulic system, e.g. pumps, against wear. Protects hydraulic systems against corrosion, foam and sludge formation and deposits. The wear is minimized, the risk of repairs is reduced and operating costs lowered. 

Application of LIQUI MOLY Hydraulic System Additive 1Liter

If Hydraulic System Additive is proactively used, the dosage is 2 – 4 % of the volume of the hydraulic oil. If the product is used to eliminate problems, a dosage of 4 – 8 % of the volume of the hydraulic oil becomes necessary. Hydraulic System Additive can be used in systems which are filled with mineral or hydrocrack-based hydraulic oils according to DIN 51524 part 1, 2, or 3.

Note: Hydraulic System Additive may not be used in hydraulic systems which are filled with products which are quickly biodegradable ( HEPG, HETG or HEES). Furthermore, Hydraulic System Additive may not be used inside the brake fluid systems of vehicles.
