Our #10-32 stainless steel hex serrated flange bolt is made from 18% chromium and 8% nickel stainless steel and specially designed to be driven by wrench/socket. The hex serrated flange bolt( also called flange bolt or tap bolt) is highly corrosion and rust resistant and comes with a built-in washer which helps in distributing the load to a larger area. The serrations grip the bearing surface so that significantly more torque is needed to loosen the screw than it does to tighten it and also prevents the bolt from back spin from vibration .
